The space
Discover this spacious, brand new home, built in early 2025, fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. Whether you want to relax after a day on the beach or enjoy peace and quiet in nature, this property offers everything you need.The House:
Approximately 150 m² of comfort, with 3 spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two separate single beds that can be pushed together, the master bedroom has a king size bed. There are two luxurious bathrooms with toilet, vanity unit, a rain shower and a separate toilet. The open living room offers plenty of seating space and a modern kitchen. Through the sliding doors, you step onto the spacious porch with a dining table for 8 people, a BBQ, and views of the swimming pool with sun loungers, relaxing chairs and a palapa. The garden, with young plants and flowers, provides an attractive and green environment.
Location:
This tropical home is located on Hofi Sint Joris, a secure community that is monitored 24/7. Although there is some construction work in the park, the location in the middle of nature ensures peace and privacy.
At the park you will find facilities such as a padel court and a football pitch, freely accessible to guests (by reservation). Perfect for being active or running safely. The beautiful Sint Jorisbaai, a short distance away, offers plenty of nature, hiking opportunities, and windsurfing fun. The area is also suitable for hiking and mountain biking. In the future, a beach will be developed where you can swim and relax; we will update the advertisement as soon as this is available.
You can only really discover Curacao by car!

Energy costs and extras:
Water and electricity are not included and will be charged at the end of your holiday. You pay Randy a €200 deposit (240 USD) in advance via Airbnb or in cash, which is used for energy costs. Consumption costs are approximately €8.50 (9.91 USD) per m³ of water and €0.80 (0.93 USD) per KWh of electricity. The remainder will be refunded/returned after your stay.
Towels and Beach Towels:
You will receive a beach towel and three different sizes of towels per guest. Want new towels? Feel free to ask Randy about the possibilities for a small fee.
