Relax in our beautiful 3-bedroom villa in Harmonie, one of the most popular areas of Grote Berg. Grote Berg is a quiet, relatively new neighborhood, ideally located in the center of the island and near some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches such as Playa Porto Mari, Blue Bay, and Cas Abao. Mambo Beach is reachable within 20 minutes by car, and Jan Thiel Beach within 30 minutes. Hato Airport is just a 10-minute drive.

The area offers the perfect balance between serenity and accessibility, with restaurants, shops, and nature nearby. Grote Berg is known for its cool breeze and friendly community, making it an ideal location for a holiday home.

• Electricity: €0.55 per kWh

• Mid-stay cleaning: €100 (mandatory every 7 nights)

• Final cleaning: €200

Payment & Deposit:

• 25% at booking, remainder 8 weeks before arrival

• Security deposit: €600 (electricity and water usage deducted after stay)
